Common questions
What's your turnaround time?
Most orders ship or are ready for pickup in 5–7 business days from approval.
Do you have a minimum order?
No minimums on either embroidery or heat press — smaller runs cost more per piece. Custom one-off personalized items are always welcome.
What file formats do you accept?
PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, and SVG. Vector files (AI, SVG) give the best embroidery results. If you only have a raster image, send the highest resolution version you have.
Can I bring my own garments?
Yes. Many customers do. Drop them off or ship them to us. We'll confirm counts and condition when they arrive. We also source blank apparel — ask us for a quote on blanks + decoration as a bundle.
Do you ship?
Yes. We ship anywhere in Canada. Shipping is added to the invoice at cost; no markup.
Can you match my brand colours?
Yes. We have 60+ thread colours in stock and can order custom colours for larger runs. Send us your Pantone (PMS) codes and we'll match.
How do I care for embroidered items?
Wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low or hang to dry. No bleach. Iron inside out. Embroidered items last for years with normal care.
Do you do live event embroidery?
Not currently — we're a production studio, not a mobile activation. If you need live on-site embroidery for a corporate event, we can recommend a few people we trust.
